Terms of sale
Terms of sale
Last updated: 8 September 2026
ARTICLE 1 - Scope
These Terms of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by Loom ("the Seller") with consumers and non-business buyers ("the Customers or the Customer") wishing to acquire the products offered for sale by the Seller ("the Products") on the website www.qurzelvaxor.shop.
They set out in particular the conditions for ordering, payment, delivery and handling of any returns of the Products ordered by Customers.
These Terms of Sale may be supplemented by particular conditions, stated on the website before any transaction with the Customer.
They apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, and in particular those applying to sales in the shop or through other distribution and sales channels.
They are accessible at all times on the website www.qurzelvaxor.shop, in a form allowing them to be stored and reproduced, and will prevail where applicable over any other version or any conflicting document.
As these Terms of Sale may be amended at a later date, the version applicable to the Customer's purchase is the one in force on the website on the date the order is placed.
ARTICLE 2 - Products offered for sale and territories
The Products offered for sale are all the items presented on the website www.qurzelvaxor.shop, grouped in the Men's wardrobe and Women's wardrobe sections. Only Products shown as available at the time of ordering can be purchased.
The main characteristics of the Products, including specifications, illustrations and details of dimensions or composition, are presented on the website www.qurzelvaxor.shop. The Customer must read them before placing any order.
The choice and purchase of a Product are the Customer's sole responsibility.
The photographs and graphics shown on the website www.qurzelvaxor.shop are not contractual and cannot engage the Seller's liability.
The Customer should refer to the description of each Product in order to know its properties, its essential features and the delivery times.
The Products presented on the website www.qurzelvaxor.shop are offered for sale in the following territories:
- European Union: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France (including Monaco), Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.
- Outside the European Union: Switzerland, United Kingdom.
This list may change. In any event, the list of countries actually served is the one offered to the Customer at checkout when the order is confirmed.
For Products shipped to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, the Seller bears the local VAT and any customs duties. No additional sum will be charged to the Customer on receipt of the parcel.
ARTICLE 3 - Validity of the offer
Product offers are subject to available stock, as indicated when the order is placed.
ARTICLE 4 - Seller's details
The Seller's details are as follows:
Loom SAS
Simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €12,938.50
RCS Paris 842 991 655
VAT number: FR95842991655
4 rue Barbette, 75003 Paris, France
hello@qurzelvaxor.shop
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, the Customer has at all times a right of access, rectification, objection, erasure, restriction and portability regarding all of their personal data. How to exercise these rights is set out in the privacy policy.
Confirming the order constitutes the Customer's unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
The Customer confirms that they have the capacity required to contract and to acquire the Products offered on the website www.qurzelvaxor.shop.
ARTICLE 5 - Orders
5-1. Placing an order
It is for the Customer to select on the website www.qurzelvaxor.shop the Products they wish to order, as follows:
- Browsing the site www.qurzelvaxor.shop
- Adding the chosen product(s) to the basket using the "Add to basket" button on each product page
- Confirming the basket by clicking "Proceed to payment" on the order summary page
- Entering the buyer's details for delivery on the "Information" and "Delivery" pages
- Paying for the basket on the "Payment" page
The Customer is able to check the details of the order, its total price, and to correct any errors before confirming their acceptance. It is for the Customer to check that the order is correct and to report or correct any error immediately.
An order is recorded when the Customer accepts these Terms of Sale and confirms the order using a button that expressly states their obligation to pay. This confirmation implies acceptance of these Terms of Sale in full.
The sale becomes final only once the Seller has sent the Customer confirmation that the order has been accepted, by email, sent without delay, and once the full price has been collected.
Any order placed, confirmed by the Customer and accepted by the Seller forms a distance contract between the Customer and the Seller.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the Seller's computer system constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the Customer.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute over payment for a previous order.
The Customer can follow the progress of their order through the emails sent by the Seller.
5-2. Changing an order
Once confirmed and accepted by the Seller, an order can no longer be changed. The Customer keeps their right of withdrawal on the terms set out in Article 10.
5-3. Cancelling an order before dispatch
Independently of the right of withdrawal set out in Article 10 and of cases of force majeure, the Customer may request cancellation of their order before it is dispatched, from the cancellation portal, within the following times:
- before 11:59 for orders placed between 06:00 and 11:59 the same day;
- before 04:59 for orders placed between 12:00 the previous day and 04:59.
After those times, the order goes to the fulfilment centre and can no longer be stopped. The Customer can then exercise their right of withdrawal on receipt.
ARTICLE 6 - Prices
Products are supplied at the prices in force shown on the website www.qurzelvaxor.shop when the order is recorded by the Seller. Prices are stated inclusive of all taxes, in the currency offered to the Customer at the time of ordering.
Prices take account of any reductions granted by the Seller on the website www.qurzelvaxor.shop.
These prices are firm and not revisable during their period of validity, the Seller reserving the right, outside that period, to change prices at any time. They do not include shipping costs, charged in addition on the terms set out in the shipping policy and calculated before the order is placed.
The payment requested from the Customer corresponds to the total amount of the purchase, including shipping costs.
ARTICLE 7 - Payment terms
The price is payable in full on the day the order is placed, using one of the payment methods offered to the Customer at checkout, and in particular by secure card payment (Carte Bancaire, Visa, MasterCard).
Card payment is irrevocable, except in the event of fraudulent use of the card. In that case, the Customer may request cancellation of the payment and the return of the corresponding sums.
Payment data is transmitted in encrypted form and is never stored by the Seller.
ARTICLE 8 - Delivery
The Products ordered are delivered to the countries listed in Article 2, to the address given by the Customer when ordering.
Indicative times, from dispatch of the order, are as follows:
- France and Monaco: 2 to 3 working days (Colissimo);
- Belgium, Germany, Netherlands: 2 to 3 working days;
- Austria, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom: 3 to 5 working days;
- Denmark, Sweden: 4 to 6 working days.
These times are in addition to the preparation time shown on the Product page. Details of carriers and costs are in the shipping policy.
Delivery consists of the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product.
Except in particular cases or where one or more Products are unavailable, the Products ordered are delivered in a single shipment.
The Seller undertakes to use its best efforts to deliver within the times above, which are given as a guide. If the Products have not been delivered within 10 days of the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or an act of the Customer, the sale may be terminated at the Customer's written request on the terms set out in Articles L 216-6 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. The sums paid by the Customer will then be returned no later than fourteen days after the date the contract is terminated, without any compensation or withholding.
The Seller bears the risks of transport and must reimburse the Customer for any damage caused during transport.
The Customer is invited to check the condition of their parcel on delivery and to report to the Seller, by email to hello@qurzelvaxor.shop and where possible within 48 hours, any visible problem (damaged parcel, already opened, missing contents), attaching any useful evidence, in particular photographs. Reporting quickly makes it easier to handle the claim with the carrier. It is in no way a condition of the Customer's rights under the legal guarantees referred to in Article 11, which remain fully available beyond that period.
ARTICLE 9 - Transfer of ownership - Transfer of risk
Ownership of the Products transfers to the Customer only once the price has been paid in full, whatever the delivery date of those Products.
Whatever the date of transfer of ownership, the risk of loss and damage transfers only when the Customer takes physical possession of the Products. The Products therefore travel at the Seller's risk.
ARTICLE 10 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, the Customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay a penalty.
As a commercial gesture, and without this reducing the statutory right above in any way, the Seller extends this period to thirty (30) days from receipt of the Product, rising to sixty (60) days for orders placed over the Christmas period. The practical details are set out in the refund policy.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised online using the form available at www.qurzelvaxor.shop/pages/retours, or using the model form reproduced in the appendix to these terms, or by any other unambiguous statement expressing the wish to withdraw. An acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium will be sent to the Customer immediately.
The Customer may handle and try on the Products as they would have done in a shop. They are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product. A Product that has been washed, worn beyond trying on, or damaged may therefore give rise to a refund reduced by that diminished value.
For obvious reasons of hygiene, underwear (boxers, briefs, knickers, socks) unsealed after delivery cannot be taken back, in accordance with Article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code. It remains returnable as long as the packaging has not been opened.
Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, return costs are borne in full by the Seller, in every country.
The refund is made no later than fourteen (14) days after the date on which the Seller is informed of the decision to withdraw, the Seller being entitled to withhold the refund until the Product is recovered or until the Customer has supplied proof of dispatch. In practice, the Seller aims to refund within a few days of the return reaching its fulfilment centre. The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method.
ARTICLE 11 - Legal guarantees
Independently of any commercial guarantee, the Seller remains bound by the legal guarantees, which apply at no cost to the Customer.
11-1. Legal guarantee of conformity
The Seller delivers Products that conform to the contract and is answerable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery, on the terms of Articles L 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
The Customer has two (2) years from delivery of the Product to bring a claim. During the twenty-four (24) months following delivery, they do not have to prove that the lack of conformity exists: it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
Where there is a lack of conformity, the Customer may ask for the Product to be brought into conformity by repair or replacement, free of charge and without significant inconvenience. If bringing it into conformity is impossible, refused, delayed or causes significant inconvenience, the Customer may obtain a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee granted. The Customer may decide to rely on this guarantee rather than on the commercial guarantee.
11-2. Warranty against hidden defects
The Customer may also rely on the warranty against hidden defects within the meaning of Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, within two years of discovering the defect and within twenty years of delivery. They may then choose between rescission of the sale and a reduction in the sale price.
11-3. How to make a claim
To rely on either of these guarantees, the Customer contacts the Seller at hello@qurzelvaxor.shop describing the fault, with photographs where possible. Return costs are borne by the Seller. Any refund due is made no later than fourteen days after the returned Product is received.
ARTICLE 12 - Damaged garments
This article describes a voluntary commercial practice of the Seller. It comes in addition to the legal guarantees in Article 11 and does not replace them in any way. None of the conditions or limits described below, or on the pages it links to, can be relied on against a Customer invoking a legal guarantee.
Beyond its legal obligations, the Seller takes care of garments showing abnormal wear for which it is responsible. Depending on the case, it reimburses the cost of alterations by a professional, offers an exchange, or refunds the Product.
To report a damaged garment, the Customer fills in the form on the faulty product portal. The situations covered, along with care and repair advice for the other cases, are set out on the page "My garment is damaged – what should I do?", kept up to date by the customer service team.
The Seller's liability cannot otherwise be engaged where the Customer fails to comply with the law of the country the Products are delivered to, or where the Products are put to business use.
ARTICLE 13 - Protection of personal data
The personal data collected from the Customer is necessary to process their order, issue invoices and manage the customer relationship. It is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended.
This data may be passed to the Seller's providers responsible for carrying out, processing, managing and taking payment for orders.
The Customer has a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability regarding information concerning them, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. How to exercise these rights, how long data is kept and the list of recipients are set out in the privacy policy.
ARTICLE 14 - Intellectual property
The content of the website www.qurzelvaxor.shop is the property of the Seller and its partners, and is protected by French and international intellectual property law.
Any reproduction of this content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement offence.
ARTICLE 15 - Unforeseeable circumstances
Where circumstances change in a way that was unforeseeable when the contract was concluded, in accordance with Article 1195 of the French Civil Code, the Party that has not agreed to bear the risk of excessively onerous performance may ask the other Party to renegotiate the contract.
ARTICLE 16 - Force majeure
The Parties cannot be held liable where the non-performance or delayed performance of any of their obligations results from force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
ARTICLE 17 - Governing law - Language
These Terms of Sale and the transactions arising from them are governed by French law.
In accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) no. 593/2008 (Rome I), this choice cannot however have the result of depriving the consumer Customer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence. Customers resident outside France therefore keep the benefit of the mandatory protective rules of their country of residence.
These terms are drawn up in French. Where a translation is provided, it is provided for information; the French text governs the interpretation of the contract, subject to the previous paragraph.
ARTICLE 18 - Disputes and mediation
The Customer is invited first to contact the Seller's customer service at hello@qurzelvaxor.shop in order to seek an amicable solution.
Failing agreement, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The Seller has appointed CM2C for this purpose; its contact details and referral form are available at https://cm2c.net.
Customers resident in another Member State of the European Union may also refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body in their country of residence. The list of approved bodies is maintained by the European Commission. The European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228.
Failing an amicable resolution, all disputes concerning the validity, interpretation, performance, termination, consequences and effects of sales concluded under these terms will be submitted to the competent courts under the ordinary rules. A consumer Customer keeps the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
A Customer who finds that the General Data Protection Regulation has been breached may appoint an association or approved body to obtain redress before a civil or administrative court, or may refer the matter to the French data protection authority (CNIL).
ARTICLE 19 - Pre-contractual information - Customer's acceptance
Placing an order on the website www.qurzelvaxor.shop entails full acceptance of these Terms of Sale and the obligation to pay for the Products ordered, which the Customer expressly acknowledges.
The Customer acknowledges having received, before ordering, all the information referred to in Article L 221-5 of the French Consumer Code, in a legible and comprehensible form.
ARTICLE 20 - Additional provisions for Customers in the United Kingdom
The United Kingdom is not a member of the European Union, and UK consumer law gives Customers resident there rights that differ from those described above. This article sets out what applies to a Customer resident in the United Kingdom. Where it conflicts with another article of these terms, this article prevails, and nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights of a UK consumer.
20-1. Cancelling your order
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel your order, without giving a reason. As set out in Article 10, Loom voluntarily extends this to 30 days (60 over the Christmas period), and pays your return costs.
20-2. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Where they are not, you have:
- a short-term right to reject the goods for a full refund, within 30 days of delivery;
- after those 30 days, the right to ask for a repair or a replacement;
- if a repair or replacement is unsuccessful, the right to a price reduction or to reject the goods.
These rights replace, for UK Customers, the references to the French legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects in Article 11. Article 12 continues to apply as a commercial gesture in addition to them.
20-3. VAT and customs duties
Loom accounts for UK VAT and any customs duties on your order. The price shown at checkout is the final price and nothing further is payable on delivery.
20-4. Disputes
CM2C, the mediation body named in Article 18, handles disputes under the French consumer mediation scheme and is not an ADR body approved in the United Kingdom. If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
